Unemployment rate drops below 6%

The unemployment rate in the US fell to 5.9%, the lowest in six years. Economists predicted the rate to be 6.1%, which is the same as the unemployment rate in the previous month.

This is helped by the addition of 248 000 jobs created in September, a solid increase from 180 thousand new jobs in August.

The dollar bull run is set to go on. EUR/USD shorts are doing even better now given the positive data.
